SWEATS FOR PETS III

Join us for the 3rd annual Sweats for Pets event at CrossFit Resurgence, where we're teaming up to raise funds and find forever homes for adoptable animals! We are doing a memorial workout of the day (“WOD”) for Henry.

The event runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with adoptable animals arriving around 10:00 AM, just as the workouts are wrapping up. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFitter or new to the game, there’s a workout for everyone. Come sweat it out with us for a great cause. Not a crossfitter? Purchase a scaled ticket where a coach will modify the workout to you - or grab a friend and do a partner style WOD together!
