Because every pet deserves a healthy, happy future.
Giving Tuesday 2025
This Giving Tuesday, SAYv is asking our community to come together and support lifesaving medical care for homeless animals. Because every pet deserves a healthy, happy future.
Campaign launch: November 18, 2025
Campaign end: December 9, 2025
Giving Tuesday is an international day of giving and a major campaign for nonprofit organizations around the world. It takes place on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (Thanksgiving >> Black Friday >> Cyber Monday >> Giving Tuesday). This year, it falls on December 2nd. We’re officially launching our campaign today, November 18, 2025—two weeks before the big day.

Medical care is our greatest expense, and the one we can never cut corners on. From vaccines and spay/neuter surgery to treatment for injuries, illnesses, or chronic conditions, every animal we rescue depends on this care to heal and thrive.
On average, we spend $700 on medical care for just one animal in our program. For many, that care is the difference between suffering and recovery… between being overlooked and finally being adoptable… between life and a genuine second chance. Basic medical needs alone average around $200 per animal, but even routine bloodwork or a simple scan can add several hundred more. And of course, unexpected medical issues can push costs upward of $1,000 very quickly.

This Giving Tuesday, your support helps animals receive both urgent and preventive veterinary care. Medical care is expensive. Getting them healthy and adopted? Absolutely priceless.
Give to health this Giving Tuesday.
Our goal is $5,000. Will you help us get there? Be the reason they heal. Be the hope they need.
